How does hotel parking validation work with Spot?
Front desk issues a digital stay. Cameras and LPR confirm the guest vehicle, so overnight stays, valet, and event overflow share the same record. Room-linked PMS and folio charge-back is coming soon.
Do guests need a paper ticket or hangtag?
No. Guests validate in the app or via a link from the hotel. Officers and cameras see the same permitted session, so the lot stays enforced without paper.
Can Spot work with our property management system?
PMS and folio charge-back is coming soon. Digital stays, plates, and wayfinding ship today. Tell us which PMS you run and we'll confirm the connector path.
What about valet and overflow lots?
