What does this actually do?
It watches parked cars and writes one record per stay: which stall, which plate, occupied or not, and a photo. Maps, tickets, and reports read that record. They do not each keep their own list.
Do I need a camera over every stall?
No. Overhead cameras tell you the stall. Plate readers at the gate tell you the plate. Officers with Watch can fill in from the street. Use the pieces you have. They all update the same record.
Can it ticket a car on its own?
No. Cameras and plate readers see what is there. Your permits, paid sessions, and time rules decide who is allowed. Spot Bot can draft a change. Nothing writes until someone clicks Confirm.
Does Spot keep a live video feed?
No. The parking record gets a still photo with a timestamp. Live video on Scan to Cite stays on the phone. We do not keep a rolling camera stream of the garage.
